Reporting a bug

Please include the game name, what happened, what you expected, your device and browser, and the steps that caused the problem. To find the build, open the game’s pause menu and look near the bottom for the line beginning Growth params and containing build. Copy that line into your message. If the game does not load far enough to show it, send the page address and any visible error instead. Avoid including passwords or sensitive personal information.

The Quick feedback form on the results card uses PostHog to send feedback when analytics is enabled. With analytics off, feedback stays in the local event log and is not sent to us. A blocked or failed analytics connection can also prevent delivery; email support@heymayor.app for support.

My best score or settings disappeared

Best scores and settings are stored in this browser on this device when browser storage is available. Clearing site data or switching browsers or devices can make them unavailable; private browsing may discard them when the private session ends. There are no accounts or cloud saves, so we cannot restore lost local data. An unfinished game is not guaranteed to be saved.

The game won’t load

The games need JavaScript and a recent browser with WebGL support. The graphics library loads from cdn.jsdelivr.net; if that download is blocked or fails, the game cannot start. Google Fonts supplies typefaces; blocking fonts may change the appearance without stopping play. Try reloading or another supported browser or network, and check whether your browser is blocking the game’s graphics-library download. Analytics is not required to play.

For privacy questions or deletion requests, read the Privacy notice and email privacy@heymayor.app. You can also turn off analytics in this tab; the Privacy notice explains the limits of that setting.

The play ID below appears only when analytics is enabled and PostHog loads. Save it before clearing site data if you want to include it in a request. If no ID appears, you can still email us without enabling analytics.
